Cancellation and Refund Policy for Learn Merchant Ship

Course Cancellations
By Student:
You may cancel your enrollment in a course within 7 days of purchase for a full refund/partial refund.
To cancel, please contact us at support@learnmerchantship.com with your order details.
Cancellations made after 7 days are not eligible for a refund.
By Learn Merchant Ship:
We reserve the right to cancel any course due to low enrollment, instructor unavailability, or unforeseen circumstances.
In the event of a cancellation by us, you will receive a full refund for the course fee.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the cancellation request.
Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please note that we cannot refund any taxes or fees associated with your original purchase.
Exceptions
No refunds will be issued for courses that have been completed or partially completed.
No refunds will be issued for courses that have been accessed for more than 7 days.
We reserve the right to deny any refund request that we deem to be fraudulent or abusive.

If you have a dispute regarding a cancellation or refund, please contact us at support@learnmerchantship.com We will do our best to resolve the issue in a fair and timely manner.
